Quiet Code Labs ("we," "our," or "us") operates the MedFlip mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

When you access the App by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data ("Usage Data").

MedFlip uses the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain our App
• To notify you about changes to our App
• To allow you to participate in interactive features of our App when you choose to do so
• To provide customer support
• To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our App
• To monitor the usage of our App
• To detect, prevent and address technical issues
• To personalize your experience based on your medical interests

3. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

• Supabase: For authentication and secure database storage.
• Google Play Billing: For processing premium subscriptions (no financial data is stored on our servers).
• Google AdMob: For serving advertisements. AdMob may use device identifiers.
• Capacitor Plugins: Standard plugins for notifications, text-to-speech, and sharing.

4. Disclosure of Data

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose your Personal Data only if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Quiet Code Labs or our users.

5. Your Data Protection Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your information. You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the app settings at any time.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
